GG Advisory

GG Advisory is the strategic advisory practice of Grylls Group. The practice works at board, executive, and ministerial level, across resources, land, decarbonisation, energy, biodiversity, agriculture, and the legal and regulatory frameworks that intersect with them.

Engagements include major project strategy, government and stakeholder engagement, approvals and regulatory pathways, First Nations partnerships, corporate development, and high-level government and policy strategy. The practice has a particular history of engagement on First Nations partnerships and approvals at major project scale.

GG Advisory has operated since 2017. A significant portion of the work is conducted under confidence and is not referenced publicly.

Operating as Attacoorie Pty Ltd. Founded and directed by Brendon Grylls and Susan Grylls.

Nickol Bay Fertiliser Co

Nickol Bay Fertiliser Co partners with Yara Australia to supply liquid nitrogen fertiliser to the irrigated agricultural operations of north-west Western Australia, where intensive farming systems require industrial-grade inputs at the scale and reliability the work demands. The company is headquartered in Karratha and operates across the Pilbara, the Kimberley, and the agricultural regions inland.

Founded by Brendon Grylls, who serves as Director. Susan Grylls is also a Director.

Turftech Robotics

Turftech Robotics is an Australian robotics company applying engineering and innovation to a category long defined by straight-line application. Robotic systems produce complex illustrations, graphic design, and brand activations on sporting and event surfaces at a level of detail that conventional line marking cannot reach.

The technology brings robotic and software engineering to a category that had remained largely unchanged for decades. Turftech designs and builds each system for the surface, the conditions, and the brief.

Turftech works with sporting codes, event organisers, and industry clients across Australia.

Founded in 2026 by Tom Grylls, who serves as Director. Brendon Grylls is also a Director.

JT Grylls and Sons Investments

JT Grylls and Sons Investments owns and operates Bendicoorie Farms, a broadacre farming and land management operation in the Western Australian wheatbelt at Corrigin. The farm has been in the Grylls family for five generations and remains the family's continuing presence on the land from which the broader enterprise has grown.

Founded and directed by John Grylls. Brendon Grylls is also a Director.

Salubris is an Australian environmental markets company.

The company develops nature-based Australian Carbon Credit Units and biodiversity offsets at landscape scale, working in long-term partnership
with Traditional Owners on country in regional Western Australia.

Salubris manages projects across more than three million hectares of the Goldfields, and Murchison regions.

Projects are developed under Australian Carbon Credit Unit methodologies
approved by the Clean Energy Regulator. The work is underpinned by a
commitment to land that the broader Australian economy has historically undervalued, and to economic outcomes that flow to the Traditional Owners whose country these projects operate on.

Salubris is an unlisted Australian public company, Brendon Grylls is a foundation
director and serves as an Executive Director. Downstream Australia is a founding
shareholder.

Richmond Vanadium Technology is an Australian critical minerals company
developing one of the world's largest undeveloped vanadium projects,
located at Richmond and Julia Creek in north Queensland.

The project was the first critical minerals project in Queensland to be granted
Coordinated Project status by the state government, and is processing it’s
environmental approvals and refining innovation with collaboration partner
Rongke Power Group.

The company's strategy extends beyond the resource. Vanadium flow batteries
are an emerging technology for long-duration storage of grid-scale renewable energy, and form part of Richmond Vanadium Technology's longer-term commercial position.

An independent ASX-listed company, Richmond Vanadium Technology listed in December 2022. Brendon Grylls joined the board ahead of the IPO and has
served as Executive Chair since July.
