The companies within Grylls Group work in critical minerals, nature-based carbon, agricultural technology, and the energy transition. They also include advisory work at the intersection of government, industry, and country.

The common thread is foresight. Each company was built around an opportunity others were not yet acting on, whether in a sector still forming or one long since established.

How the group is structured
Service V1 Title Icon

Each company operates independently, with its own management, partners, and capital. The group provides shared family ownership and long-term direction without imposing a corporate centre.

The work is patient. Most of the group's ventures were established before the sectors they now operate in had taken their current shape, and continue to be built around opportunities that take years, sometimes decades, to reach maturity.

Where the group operates
Service V1 Title Icon

Grylls Group operates from four hubs in Western Australia: Perth, Karratha, Corrigin, and Bunbury.

They cover the capital, the Pilbara, the wheatbelt, and the south-west. Board roles extend beyond the state to Richmond, Queensland, and to project sites and partnerships across regional Australia. The principals' work extends further still: nationally for advocacy and government engagement, and internationally where the group's resources and energy interests require it.

The footprint reflects a deliberate orientation toward the country and communities from which the family came, and from which significant amounts of Australia's resources, energy, and food are produced.
